Our Amarone Classico Riserva acquires a distinctive and recognisable flavour through the meticulous process of grape selection and natural drying. After the fermentation of the individual Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella grape varieties, it undergoes a five-year ageing period in large barrels.

The wine is then blended and left to age in the bottle.
