Shipping and Delivery
Shipping for orders over €100 is free. Gift vouchers are not included in the calculation for free shipping. Shipping for orders under €100 are fixed and amount to €15. The conditions are valid for Italy, The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria and France. Tenuta Santa Maria, at its discretion, may bear the shipping costs.
Approximate delivery in 5 days.
Once the order has been completed it is no longer possible to change the shipping address. It is possible to correct or modify the delivery address only if the order has not yet been shipped. Please call +39 045 5709086 or promptly send an email to shop@localhost indicating your name and surname or company name and the order number.

All information relating to the payment of an order is encrypted to ensure the highest level of security. Your personal data on tenutasantamaria.wine are protected to avoid any type of abuse.
Return of goods
If for some reason one or more bottles arrive to you damaged, please contact our customer care immediately at shop@tenutasantamaria.wine and explain the extent of the damage. We will try to reply to you as quickly as possible.
In the event of damaged goods, we may request the return of the bottle and the sending of a photo by email with a description of the damage in order to avoid similar inconveniences in the future. If you don’t enjoy the wine or you have damaged goods, you must follow these instructions to be refunded:
– send the refund request and the reason for it via email no later than 14 days after receiving the package
– no later than 14 days from the notification of the intention to return, send the goods you wish to return to the address:
