  • Using high-density, low-yield techniques and precise winemaking methods, we have created a Chardonnay that truly embodies the character and potential of Illasi Valley's terroir. This wine made from three different clones, shows elegance and complexity. A percentage of the must is fermented and aged in French oak barrels, adding depth and richness to the final product.

With its yellow-gold tones, this Chardonnay is visually striking. The intense bouquet is accompanied by an inviting aroma of fresh fruit. Subtle notes of vanilla give way to exotic fragrances of pineapple, banana and citrus fruits. The journey ends with delicious flavours of hazelnuts and melted butter. This wine has not only an important structure, but also strikes a perfect balance between acidity and sapidity. Each sip is a harmonious blend of flavours.
